Your order is hand packed to ensure it arrives in the same perfect condition in which it was sent.

Chocolate melts — and your shipping may change to prevent this. This means we may need to change your shipping selection to next day if you are shipping to a warm climate and have selected ground or second day shipping. Cold packs and insulated containers are used to protect our confections from heat and humidity. This shipping change as well as cold packaging will mean an increase in shipping cost for your order and that change in cost will automatically be charged to you.

Fresh fruit needs fast shipping. Chocolate-covered fresh fruit like grapes and strawberries must be eaten within 24 to 36 hours of being enrobed in chocolate and therefore must be shipped Next Day. If you have not selected the Next Day option, it will be necessary to increase your shipping cost to cover that method and ensure your product arrives in 24 hours.

We ship Monday through Thursday so your confections will not sit in a warm warehouse or on a hot truck. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be filled the next day. Orders received Thursday afternoon through Sunday will be filled the following Monday to ensure delivery on a weekday (except Next Day orders received and filled on Thursday, which can then be received by the recipient on Friday).

Make sure someone can receive your shipment. Romolo Chocolates shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. However, these highly perishable confections should not be left in the heat or sunshine, so please notify your recipient of its arrival.

Double check your shipping address and telephone number so UPS can deliver quickly and correctly.
