Mercato Presents Lovely and Local

Mercato, Romolo Chocolates award-winning gift shop, is bursting with interesting items, including fun journals and pretty plates, huggable creatures and awesome T-shirts, Erie greeting cards and Steelers playing cards.

The fun literally spills over into the chocolate shop and the café. “I am excited to be working with Erie Apparel, Flagship City Press, and local authors,” says buyer Jennie Stefanelli. “We have amazing Romolo candle scents and bath teas made by a PA company coming soon, as well as Erie-themed kitchen towels and aprons.

“It’s interesting to browse Mercato every day and see what’s new on the shelves,” Jennie adds. “We love that you can visit Romolo Chocolates for great confections, super coffee, delicious ice cream, and lovely gifts for yourself and your friends.”
