New Easter Flavors Debut

Who knew Belgian white chocolate could taste like fresh strawberries, bananas, or orange cream? Chocolatier Anthony Stefanelli is making meltaways, bunnies, creamsicle mallow cups, Easter bark and more using natural flavors and white chocolate.

“My father taught me flavoring ratios for crème centers, and this knowledge translates very well into a solid chocolate formulation,” explains Anthony. “We have made colorful white chocolate in the past, but the addition of flavors is new.”

His favorite is the strawberry. “I think a lot of pink items are cherry flavored, but this fresh strawberry is exciting and different,” says Anthony. “And banana is my other favorite because it’s just fun.”
